Yes, Daley Design + Build has extensive experience in navigating local building codes and permitting processes. We will manage the necessary permits and ensure compliance with all regulations, allowing you to focus on the exciting aspects of your project.

The timeline can vary based on the complexity and scope of your project, but we prioritize efficiency without sacrificing quality. We will provide you with a detailed project schedule during the planning phase, so you know what to expect every step of the way. On average our projects take 4-6 months in Design Phase and 9-12 months in Construction Phase, for a total project duration of 13-18 months.

We believe in complete transparency when it comes to costs, our customers can literally see all of the material quotes, labor bids, budgets, invoices and project schedules. Our team will work closely with you to establish a realistic budget and monitor it throughout the project. Any changes or additional costs will be communicated and approved by you before implementation.

Yes, we stand by our work and offer the comprehensive Home Builders Association warranty to ensure your peace of mind. Our team is also available for any post-construction questions or assistance you may need. We give every customer a folder with a list of every subcontractor that worked on their house so that they can call the original subcontractors back if they have issues or would like to expand on what was originally built, and bring back the same contractors that are already very familiar with the project.

While our primary focus is on our local area (Hyde Park, Indian Hill, Madeira and Montgomery), we are open to executing projects in other locations around Cincinnati. We generally try to keep our projects in a relatively tight circle so that our project managers and supervisors are spending their time on our projects running them (to ensure that we are maintaining the highest level of quality), and not spending all day simply driving around town.
